Refund policy

The short version

If you're unhappy with prcast Pro for any reason, email hello@prcast.app within 7 days of your payment and we'll refund you in full. We'll also cancel your subscription so you're not charged again.

What’s eligible

  • Your first charge on prcast Pro, refunded in full if requested within 7 days.
  • Renewal charges, refunded in full if requested within 7 days of that renewal and you haven't generated more than one video in that billing cycle.

Outside of that 7-day window, the subscription is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings and you won't be billed again.

How to request one

  1. Email hello@prcast.app from the address on your prcast account.
  2. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card, or your Stripe receipt number.
  3. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. Funds usually land back on your card 5-10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

What happens to your account

Once a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and your account is moved to a refunded state. You'll keep access to any videos you've already generated, but new generation is gated until you re-subscribe.

If you change your mind later, you can re-subscribe from Settings. There's no waiting period.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you open a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer instead of emailing us first, your account is immediately suspended while Stripe processes the dispute. We'd much rather just refund you directly, it's faster for everyone. Reach out to hello@prcast.app first.
